Be at the heart of what we do
Operations provides services that meet the needs of our customers, whatever their circumstances.
A2Dominion is more than just a housebuilder and a landlord. We invest in people and build sustainable and caring communities that make a difference to thousands of people’s lives every single day.
Our operational roles are as varied as the services we offer. You could find a role helping vulnerable people find housing, teaching business skills to budding entrepreneurs, or running art classes for older people. Or even help our customers come together to plan a new garden layout. We do it all, and a lot more besides.
Many of these roles are community based, interacting with people on a daily basis, giving the role variety and making it both challenging and exciting. There are also lots of opportunities for learning, growth and support because we invest in you, providing the highest quality training and benefits on top of your salary.
Our operations roles include opportunities within the following areas:
- Care and support
- Community investment
- Customer contact centre
- Housing services and property management
- Property services
Tina works hard to support the community she works in
She says: “I’ve always been interested in helping, supporting and communicating with others and my current role in Housing is all about that, and much more. It’s a unique, exciting and varied role. I’ve been encouraged to grow both professionally and personally, and the Group funds qualifications that help me in my role.
“The neighbourhood side of my role requires me to work with local services such as the police or social workers to prevent or stop antisocial behaviour and crime. Other elements of it are more personal, working day to day with residents who need further support, advice or simply just a person to talk to. It's very rewarding."
