The Group was crowned Best Medium Housebuilder at the event held in on 5 November 2015, hosted by comedian Tim Vine.

It also took the award for Best Low or Zero Carbon Initiative, presented for the UK’s first eco town, Elmsbrook at NW Bicester, which was launched under the Group’s FABRICA brand earlier this year.

A2Dominion was also a finalist in the categories of Best Design (Four Storeys or more), for its canal-side City Wharf development in Hackney, and Best Regeneration Initiative for Stanwell New Start in Surrey.

John Knevett, A2Dominion's Group Commercial Officer, said: “We are delighted to have been presented with these two top awards in recognition of our achievements over the past year.

“Our heritage goes back over 70 years, but recent times have seen us significantly grow and diversify our development programme. We’re now delivering hundreds of sustainable new homes each year across London and the South East.

“We introduced our new FABRICA brand at the start of 2015 to support our growing portfolio of homes for sale, private rent and shared ownership, selling over 75% of all properties launched to date under FABRICA.

“With many exciting and innovative schemes already under way, including Elmsbrook at NW Bicester and the UK’s tallest residential brick tower at Keybridge House, with Mount Anvil, we have a very exciting future ahead.”

Organised by Housebuilder magazine and supported by NHBC and HBF, the awards recognise and reward excellence in the housebuilding sector.
