Anne was greeted with flowers and gifts from colleagues at Highview in Northolt – a place she has worked tirelessly to help and support our residents since 1998.

As the Resident Caretaker on site, Anne is responsible for keeping the estate clean, safe and being a welcoming face for all. Over the years. Anne has often gone above and beyond her duties and can be seen helping residents with their queries and pointing them in the right direction.

One resident said: “Anne keeps us all informed with what is going on with works and is here morning and night, helping residents when facilities in the building are not operating as they should. She is brilliant and we all appreciate her."

Her knowledge of the block and its many components, helps Partnering, Mechanical & Electrical and Neighbourhood teams.

Leon Dyer, Contracts Manager for Mechanical & Electrical, added: "Anne is a key asset on the ground for our Mechanical and Electrical Team. She is the eyes and ears for the estate and cares passionately about our residents.”

Recently, Anne also found time to create small community gardening group for residents. They have started to plant bulbs in time for Spring and tend to flower beds for everyone to enjoy.

Leon Graham, Head of Environment Services, said: "Anne's conscientiousness and dedication to make the communal areas and operational facilities of Highview safe and in good, working order, is second to none.

“It has been a pleasure to receive the feedback from colleagues and residents over the years, while she has been in the role. It is of great reassurance to our Homes and Communities team, knowing your focus and dedication supports our residents in their enjoyment of their homes."
