Planning permission has been secured for this major regeneration scheme which will provide 164 homes, with 50% of the residential floor space allocated for affordable housing. The scheme will include a community hub, new public green space, bio-diverse landscaping and improved Potteries Path for safer walking and cycling. There will also be work space for local small businesses and start-ups, helping to bring investment and jobs to the area.
75-109 Boston Road, Hanwell
Planning permission has been granted for a new residential scheme on Boston Road in Hanwell. The scheme will offer 283 quality homes for genuinely affordable rent, shared ownership and sale, just minutes away from Hanwell train station. Affordable housing is a large part of the scheme, making up 35% of the total apartments and 37.6% of the total area of the development. The scheme offers a wide range of studios and one, two and three-bedroom apartments and there are generous amenity spaces throughout the scheme. Amenities such as garden terraces, play spaces for children and rooftop gardens are dotted throughout the design.
Situated in the heart of Putney, a former office building is being transformed into 73 new apartments along with commercial space. A large space on the fourth floor will include a children’s play area and ground floor retail units will provide an attractive frontage to the scheme.
