96-106 Broadway, Ealing
A resolution to grant planning permission has been agreed to begin regeneration of the existing building at 96-102 Broadway, Ealing, to create 120 new apartments and ground floor commercial space. A total of 35% of the new homes will be affordable homes and there will be a mixture of, one, two and three-bedroom homes.
Knowle Park, Alfold Road
Knowle Park is an exciting scheme creating 265 new homes, consisting of two to five bedroom houses and one and two bedroom apartments alongside a Country Park in Cranleigh, Surrey. A mix of house types and tenures are proposed in a high quality landscaped setting with a linear park running through the residential areas and linking them to the 56 acre Country Park.
The new homes will be delivered in three phases, Phase 1 comprises 73 new homes and A2Dominion Developments (A2DD) intend to start on site in June with a view to completing that phase in Autumn 2021.
A2DD are also delivering the Country Park, which will transform existing fields to create new public green space for Cranleigh and the surrounding areas. Once built the park will be managed and maintained by the Knowle Park Trust.
156 West End Lane
Planning permission has been secured for this major regeneration scheme which will provide 164 homes, with 50% of the residential floor space allocated for affordable housing. The scheme will include a community hub, new public green space, bio-diverse landscaping and improved Potteries Path for safer walking and cycling. There will also be work space for local small businesses and start-ups, helping to bring investment and jobs to the area.
75-109 Boston Road, Hanwell
Planning permission has been granted for a new residential scheme on Boston Road in Hanwell. The scheme will offer 284 quality homes for genuinely affordable rent, shared ownership and sale, just minutes away from Hanwell train station. Affordable housing is a large part of the scheme, making up 35% of the total apartments and 37.6% of the total area of the development. The scheme offers a wide range of studios and one, two and three-bedroom apartments and there are generous amenity spaces throughout the scheme. Amenities such as garden terraces, play spaces for children and rooftop gardens are dotted throughout the design.
Situated in the heart of Putney, a former office building is being transformed into 73 new apartments along with commercial space. A large space on the fourth floor will include a children’s play area and ground floor retail units will provide an attractive frontage to the scheme.
Redcliff Quarter is a major regeneration project in Bristol. Following a deal with Change Real Estate we have 128 apartments for private rent within the development, marking phase one of the £180m, 600,000sq ft development. This is our third private rent scheme in Bristol and will be one of our largest in the south west region.
