Our registered office moves closer to customers in Ealing

We have moved our registered address back to our customer-facing premises in Ealing, one of four regional offices that serves hundreds of local residents each year.

The move follows the decision to close our rented office at The Point in Paddington Basin, in line with our new Corporate Strategy which places greater emphasis on customers, core services and the delivery of better value-for-money across all operations.

The relocation of head office teams to the west London town centre will save us over £3.4m per year, freeing up funds for reinvestment into improving homes and services for customers.

We manage nearly 10,000 homes West of Central London and relocated nearly 400 colleagues to 113 Uxbridge Road. It’s also hoped that the move will encourage colleagues in central services and housing operations to work closer together to better serve customers.

“With the increase in hybrid working, our Paddington office was no longer being used to its full potential, so we made a swift choice to better meet the needs of our organisation and customers.

“The move to Ealing allows us to maximise our hybrid working arrangements by bringing central and customer-facing teams closer together. This is also part of our drive to have a more local and visible presence in the communities that we serve. I’d like to thank all of our colleagues for the understanding and cooperation they’ve shown throughout this transition.”

We changed our registered address from The Point, 37 North Wharf Road, London W2 1BD to 113 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, London W5 5TL.
