Epilepsy Research UK is the only national charity solely dedicated to epilepsy research.
Each year, staff are invited to nominate a charity to support and an annual charity week is held to raise money for the cause. In addition, funds raised through the staff Christmas party ticket sales are donated to the charity.

Darrell Mercer, A2Dominion Group Chief Executive, said: “We are delighted to be supporting Epilepsy Research UK and this is a great opportunity for staff to volunteer, be involved and make a difference. Giving something back to the wider community is important to us and we incorporate this into our core business activities.”

Epilepsy Research UK supports and promotes clinical scientific research into the causes, treatment and prevention of epilepsy.

Maxine Smeaton, Epilepsy Research UK’s Chief Executive, said: “We are delighted to be chosen as A2Dominion’s Charity of the Year. We hope this partnership will help to raise awareness of the people affected by epilepsy and the impact it has on their lives.”
