A2Dominion plans to deliver 1,200 homes per year up to 2025, with 40% of these for private sale
The Group has issued a tender framework featuring 29 different partners, including large firms Vistry, Wates and Engie, as well as a number of small businesses.

A2Dominion plans to deliver 1,200 homes per year up to 2025, with 40% of these for private sale.

The framework is divided into three regional lots: London and the Home Counties; Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire; and Bristol and Avon. Each lot is split into three contract value bands: up to £10m, £10m to £25m, and more than £25m.

The contractors, chosen after a successful OJEU (Official Journal of the European Union) tender process, will carry out work on A2Dominion’s development plan over the next four years.

Doreen Wright, Commercial Director (Programme and Compliance) at A2Dominion, said: “The competition for this framework was strong, and the calibre of bids very high. The framework requires a wide variety of expertise and experience and all the contractors selected are well placed to deliver the work. We look forward to working alongside them over the next four years."

The lots awarded under this framework are as follows:

Lot LN1 – London and Home Counties (up to £10m)
