We’re looking to appoint an Independent Member of our Finance Committee, as well as an Independent Member who will sit on both the Audit, Risk & Assurance Committee and the Finance Committee.

The A2Dominion Board is collectively responsible for ensuring the success of the Group and its subsidiaries and its compliance with all legal and regulatory obligations. It does this by directing and supervising the Group’s affairs.

The Board has five sub-committees: Audit, Risk & Assurance; Finance; Governance, People & Remuneration; Customer Service; Strategic Development and Asset.

The Committees:

  • Assist the Board in providing leadership of A2Dominion Housing Group and its subsidiaries
  • Provide constructive challenge to the Executive
  • Support the Board in achieving the Group’s strategic aims, ensures that the necessary resources are in place
  • Review management performance
  • Support the Board in setting the Group's values and standards and ensures that its legal and regulatory obligations are understood and met.
Now is an exciting time to join A2Dominion and our colleagues have been working closely with the Regulator of Social Housing to develop our Improvement Plan, which sets out nine key areas of focus that will help us return to a compliant rating as soon as possible.

We’re taking steps to address our performance through the plan, which is focused on Building Stronger Foundations together. We’re making great progress and are focusing our efforts on improving services for our customers as well as getting back to a compliant rating.
