A2Dominion announces two senior leadership appointments

We are pleased to announce two key additions to our Executive and Operational Leadership teams, reinforcing the Group’s commitment to building safety, operational excellence, and a high‑performing, inclusive culture.

Mark Moore and Grace Marguerie
Mark Moore appointed Chief Property Officer
We have appointed Mark Moore as our new Chief Property Officer, joining in January 2026. This strategic hire supports our focus on delivering safe, sustainable homes and strengthening our approach to compliance and asset management across the housing sector.Mark brings over 15 years of senior leadership experience across the private and public sectors, with specialist expertise in statutory compliance, building safety, and asset strategy. He has successfully led large‑scale transformation programmes, delivering sustainable improvements in compliance, building safety and customer service.
Most recently, Mark served as Director of Compliance and Building Safety at The Guinness Partnership, where he oversaw regulatory compliance, building safety and asset investment.
Mark Moore said: “I’m excited to join A2Dominion and lead our property function at a time when building safety, compliance, and asset strategy are critical to delivering exceptional customer outcomes and quality homes and services. My focus will be on embedding robust processes, and ensuring our homes and communities remain safe and sustainable.”

Grace Marguerie appointed Director of People Strategy & Culture
We have also appointed Grace Marguerie to join in March 2026 as our new Director of People Strategy & Culture, succeeding Fiona Regan, who has been leading the directorate on an interim basis.Grace brings over 25 years’ experience in senior HR and organisational development roles across the commercial, charity and public sectors. She joins from national charity WithYou, where she led the People, Inclusion and Organisational Development function. Her previous experience includes senior roles at NICE, Places for People Group, Cambian Group and CIC, where she delivered programmes in culture change, leadership development and employee engagement.
Grace has overseen large-scale organisational redesigns, transformation initiatives and complex M&A integrations. She holds multiple CIPD qualifications alongside advanced training in employment law, psychometrics and coaching.
Grace will join A2Dominion in March and Fiona Regan will continue with the organisation to transition and ensure smooth handover.
