New video launched to raise awareness of building safety

We’re continuing our series of short, animated videos to help share safety information with our customers.

We've created a new information video on building safety

We’ve looked at everyday scenarios and where building safety concerns have been reported to us by our customers.

The animation looks at:

Using window restrictors correctly
How to book repairs
Keeping communal areas clear.

Daniel Simpson, Head of Enhanced Housing Management, said: “The safety of our customers remains our number one priority, and we’re always looking for new ways to share key safety advice to make sure that everyone is as safe as they can be in our buildings.

“We hope that our customers find the tips we’ve included in this video useful to stay safe in their homes.”

This animation continues our safety video campaign and follows on from our fire safety video that we shared online earlier this year.
