A2Dominion wins Gold Award for satisfaction among customers buying new homes

A2Dominion has been recognised with four Gold Awards for customer satisfaction from In-house Research – an independent company that surveys the Group’s new home buyers.

The housing association received one award in 2020, so to demonstrate this improvement during a year in which ways of working had to be significantly adapted due to Covid-19, is particularly impressive.

The accolades recognise extraordinarily high levels of customer satisfaction among customers buying new homes. The awards reflect the huge amount of hard work that has been put in by A2Dominion staff to place customer focus at the heart of everything the Group does, as well as their ability to listen to customer feedback and understand what matters to them most.

Based on survey results from customers in 2020, 95% of customers who bought an A2Dominion home said they would recommend it to others – placing it in the top 5% of housing providers. For customers in London, this figure rises to a remarkable 100%.
