The Inside Housing Development Awards celebrate the very best residential development across the UK for the past year. The awards recognise key industry players in the property market, including landlords, developers, architects and funders.

The best older people’s housing development award recognises developers who have created homes that are well designed to meet current and future care and support needs for older people.

Beechwood Grove is the Group’s first mixed-tenure retirement scheme, developed and managed by A2Dominion, with the Group’s care and support team providing the care contract, commissioned by Reading Borough Council.

The new development offers a holistic approach to care and wellbeing that caters to a new generation of retirees, who are looking for specialist provision without compromise.

The winners of the Inside Housing Development Awards will be announced at an awards ceremony at the Intercontinental O2 Hotel, London on Wednesday 27 November 2019.
