Mount Anvil and A2Dominion Keybridge Development 'Highly Commended' in British Homes Awards
Earning the accolade in the highly-coveted 'Apartment Development of the Year' category, Keybridge, at Vauxhall, is the second Joint Venture between Mount Anvil and A2Dominion.

Keybridge is a landmark mixed-use development on the former BT Telephone Exchange site on South Lambeth Road, Vauxhall. Built in distinctive red brick, Keybridge comprises six buildings, culminating in iconic Keybridge Lofts, which at 37 storeys, is the UK’s tallest residential brick tower. Providing 595 new homes, over an acre of public open spaces with artwork, shops, and offices, the development also creates 9,000 sq. m of commercial space.

Designed by world-renowned architects Allies and Morrison, Keybridge’s elegant brick façade places traditional materials into a cutting-edge context, referencing Vauxhall’s industrial heritage and blending fluently with neighbouring mansion blocks.

Rosie Nesbitt, Group Director of Sales and Marketing at A2Dominion, said: “Keybridge is located in one of London’s most vibrant regeneration areas. We are thrilled to be highly commended in the Apartment Development of the Year category, and acknowledge our joint partnership with Mount Anvil in this significant British Homes Award category.”

The awards ceremony was held in London on 20 September 2018.
