"We are aware of the ongoing issues at Clyde House. We apologise for the disruption it is causing our residents. Their safety and wellbeing is of the utmost importance to us and we are doing everything we can to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

The issues we are aware of include problems with the lifts, water leaks and a lack of hot water. We reviewed the situation last week through onsite visits and conversations with our residents.

As a result, we have provided our residents with temporary heaters and our more vulnerable residents have been given the option to move from their properties into alternative accommodation. Engineers have been onsite since Thursday and throughout the weekend, and we have also been working with the developers and managing agents, Barratt Homes.

Whilst we hope the water will be available again this evening, this work is still ongoing. Therefore we have decided to offer affected residents the option to temporarily move from their properties until the heat and water is fully recommissioned.. We will fully cover all costs and expenses incurred by residents from this incident.

Again, we regret that the issues have not been resolved sooner and we will continue to keep our residents up to date as soon as we have further information."
