Maha joined A2Dominion as a Contact Centre Apprentice in December 2021 after finding out about us by attending one of our Love London Working events.

In her role, Maha has gained vital on-the-job experience and is currently working at the heart of customer relations. She has also been able to develop a range of new skills, from administration tasks to communicating effectively with various stakeholders.

Her two-year apprenticeship towards a Level 3 Business Administration qualification is being run by our dedicated Customer Experience managers, and Maha is full of praise for the support she has received.

Maha said: “There is a lot of interest, not just in what I am doing currently, but on what I would like to do in the future as well.

“It is quite inspiring and motivational to work with different people and get an insight into what they do as well.”

Maha also welcomed the guidance she has received to help with her future career prospects beyond the programme.

She added: “They are quite attentive and supportive with not just gaining your qualification, but helping you to gain those other skills you need in work life in general, so I would recommend it to anyone that wanted to apply for it.”
