Jude joins us as we continue to implement our new Corporate Strategy and succeeds Jo Evans, who was appointed Director of Repairs and Maintenance in January 2024.    

In the role, Jude will develop and deliver the strategic management of around 15,000 homes, including keyworker, student accommodation, retirement living, temporary accommodation and supported services for those in vulnerable circumstances.   

Jude has more than 24 years’ experience working in the field of housing, care and support. She joins us from Metropolitan Thames Valley (MTVH), where she held the position of Head of Care and Support, leading and developing care and support provision across the East Midlands, East Anglia and Yorkshire.  

Other previous roles include Head of Homelessness and Transitional Services at Peabody, Rough Sleeping Strategic Lead at Cornwall Housing Ltd and Director of Operations for London and the South East at P3.
