Green Man Lane Phase 4 receives a resolution to grant planning permission for 396 new homes10 February 2023
We are delighted to confirm Ealing Council has granted a resolution to grant planning permission for 396 new homes at the Green Man Lane estate.
Phase 4 of the major regeneration project comprises 129 homes for Affordable Rent, 54 homes for Shared Ownership and 213 homes for Private Sale via our FABRICA brand.

The project is delivered in joint venture with developer Real Group and includes a mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments to fit a range of lifestyles. Plans also incorporate 775sqm of community floor space, landscaped courtyards, and a new prioritised pedestrian route through the site.
We began the regeneration of the Green Man Lane estate in 2010. The multi-phase transformative project replaced the existing 464 homes, and upon completion, the site will provide 942 modern homes, along with a new primary school, landscaped courtyards, community spaces, and a neighbourhood wide heat network.
The development is well-connected and has close links to the Ealing Metropolitan Centre and transport hubs, including bus services on Broadway/Uxbridge Road and West Ealing Station, which is now served by the Elizabeth Line.
The planning application for Phase 4 at the Green Man Lane estate received a Resolution to Grant Planning Permission (in principle) from the London Borough of Ealing’s Planning Committee on January 18, 2023.
