A2Dominion appoints three new non-executive directors

A2Dominion has appointed three new non-executive directors to its Group Board, Ozzie Clarke Binns, Andrew Kirkman and Louise Wilson. The new directors are leaders in their fields with a wealth of knowledge to maintain the highly effective governance of A2Dominion. The appointments are effective from 4 January 2021.

Welcoming the new board members, Chairman of A2Dominion Ian Cox said: ā€œIā€™m delighted to welcome Ozzie, Louise and Andrew to our Board. Together, they bring a fantastic range of experience and skills to help us maintain the effectiveness of our governance and guide the work A2Dominion does every day to improve the lives of thousands of people.ā€

Ozzie Clarke Binns has spent the last 15 years as an independent advisor for various organisations, including the London 2012 Organising Committee and Business in the Community. He is a people and organisation development specialist and was previously Head of Innovation and Consultancy at University College London. Today, Ozzie is a Trustee at the Royal National Institute of Blind People and a One Young World Ambassador.

Andrew Kirkman is Chief Financial Officer of CLS Holdings plc, a FTSE 250 property investment company. Previously, he was Finance Director at Harworth Group plc and Finance Director at Viridor, as well as Chief Financial Officer at Balfour Beatty Capital and Global Head of Corporate Finance at Bovis Lend Lease. Andrew is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and has an MA (Oxon) in Politics, Philosophy and Economics.

Louise Wilson is a highly experienced people professional who has led the people functions at high street retailers including The Body Shop and Clarks shoes. She now advises on organisational transformation and is currently supporting Natura, the international group that includes Natura, Avon, The Body Shop and Aesop. Louise is a supporter of the arts and is a trustee of two art-focused charities, and is also on the Board of Thames Reach (a charity for people experiencing homelessness).
