The newly created role will focus exclusively on the strategy, delivery and performance of our repairs and maintenance services, including damp and mould. This will help us to ensure residents live in safe, high-quality homes.

Andrew joins us from the Guinness Partnership, having led its subsidiary – Shepherds Bush Housing Association – into a successful merger with Guinness. Prior to being Managing Director of Shepherds Bush, Andrew was director of Business Improvement at the National Pharmacy Association.

Andrew brings over 25 years' experience in operational, strategic and transformational roles, having held a range of senior positions in both private and non-profit organisations.

Andrew said: “I am very much looking forward to working with Ian, the Board and executive to provide leadership and help colleagues and residents on the journey that we have ahead. A2Dominion has a clear strategy, tonnes of ambition and a real opportunity to make a difference, and I welcome being a part of that.”

Speaking of Andrew’s appointment, Ian Wardle, A2Dominion’s Chief Executive, said: “I’d like to welcome Andrew to the team and look forward to working together to improve our customers’ repairs experience.

“The creation of the new Chief Repairs Officer role shows our commitment to and focus on improving our day-to-day repairs and maintenance service, and Andrew’s expertise will be key in making this successful.”
