Christmas is right around the corner, so here's a quick update on our opening hours over the festive period.
Christmas opening hours update
For urgent repairs on bank holidays and weekends, our customers can contact us on 0800 432 0077 and their call will be handled by our out-of-hours provider. Customers can also report non-urgent requests via their My Account portal.
In addition to this, the Contact Centre will be open with a dedicated team on Monday 29 – Wednesday 31 December 2025 and Friday 2 January 2026 for repairs and online queries. They’ll be answering emails, web contact and will be available for customers directly via Live Chat between 9am and 5pm.
