26 June 2026
We have successfully completed cladding remediation and improvement works at 1-75 Manor Court in Weybridge, Surrey.

Manor Court
Remediation works of the 75-homes began in November 2024 after routine assessments identified work was needed to bring the development in line with modern fire safety standards.
During this period, appropriate temporary safety measures were put in place to ensure our residents remained safe while the works were carried out.
Manor Court has now received an A1 fire rating – the highest rating for cladding fire safety.
Jessica Ward, Head of Building Projects at A2Dominion, said: “Completing essential cladding remediation works, as well as much needed estate improvements is an important milestone for Manor Court and reflects our continued commitment to resident safety, regulatory compliance and the long-term quality of our homes. I would like to thank residents for their patience and understanding throughout the programme.”
Brenda, 75, has lived at Manor Court for over 30 years, and is really pleased with the works completed at her home.
She says the cladding remediation provides reassurance and makes her “feel a lot safer”. She added: “I think they've done a great job.”
Brenda’s home was also renovated with new windows, a modern kitchen and upgraded bathroom facilities.
She said: “My home looks absolutely wonderful. I've always been happy here don't get me wrong, but it makes you feel happy to see it looking so nice. They installed a new kitchen, with new cooker, worktops and painted it all so lovely. In the bathroom they also installed new handles to make it so much easier for me to move around.”
Alongside this £6.85 million project, we completed a programme of upgrades for residents, including minor roof works, installing a new steel frame system in the window spandrels, automatic opening vents, extractor fans and new bin stores.
Internal upgrades were made to modernise internal space and improve the sustainability of homes, including new windows, the replacement of kitchens and bathrooms, and new boilers where required.
The project was funded by A2Dominion, Cladding Safety Scheme, S20 and the Recycled Grant Funding. Axis were appointed as the Principal Contractor, Silver as the Consultants, Cowans as the Architects, and Metro as the Fire Engineers.
