Green Man Lane regeneration moves a step closer to completion

We have received the go-ahead from Ealing Council to take a step forward with the final phase of our regeneration of the Green Man Lane estate in West Ealing.

We will be working closely with Higgins Partnerships as joint venture partners. The proposals, subject to the design process and approvals, are set to provide around 400 new homes, with the future delivery arrangements to be confirmed as the scheme progresses.

The latest venture with Higgins Partnerships follows the success of our previous partnership at Hanwell Square in West London, which delivered 360 mixed-tenure homes.

The wider regeneration has already delivered more than 500 brand new sustainable mixed-tenure homes, along with a community centre, community café, and a new building for St John's Primary School.

Chris Ives, Managing Director of Development & Regeneration at A2Dominion, said: “We’re pleased to be working with Higgins Partnerships and have the support of Ealing Council on this joint venture as we continue to move this exciting project forward.

“The regeneration of Green Man Lane has already transformed the site, delivering more than 500 homes, a primary school and community spaces. We look forward to working together to deliver further positive outcomes for the local community.”

Declan Higgins, Chief Executive Officer at Higgins Group said, “Green Man Lane is an opportunity to complete a long-running regeneration and deliver much-needed new homes in a well-connected part of West London.

“Our successful partnership with A2Dominion at Hanwell Square gives a strong foundation for this next phase. We look forward to working closely with Ealing Council, A2Dominion and the local community to bring forward a scheme that builds on what has already been achieved at Green Man Lane.”
