Kelly brings more than 20 years’ experience across construction, refurbishment, repairs and maintenance in social housing, with a strong track record of improving services, leading large operational teams and delivering safe, high-quality programmes for customers.

In this new role, Kelly will lead our repairs and maintenance service, working closely with teams across Repairs, colleagues from the wider business and our contractor partners to support the delivery of safe, reliable and high-quality services for residents.

Kelly joins A2Dominion in September 2026.
