A2Dominion agrees sale of temporary accommodation in Westminster

A2Dominion is selling over 360 homes in Westminster, London, as part of a wider review of its property portfolio across London and the South-East.

The 38,000-homes housing association finalised the sale of 340 temporary accommodation properties to Westminster City Council with 28 more to follow, which will help the social landlord to focus on improving its remaining homes and services for customers.

The sale follows months of due diligence checks and consultation with customers, including a commitment by the local authority to continue to use the homes for temporary accommodation.

The Group will also continue to have a presence in Westminster, with over 900 local homes in management.
