Siobhan brings over 25 years’ experience of leading transformational change and corporate governance within complex regulatory environments, including local government and policing. She joined the sector after the Grenfell fire, bringing authentic lived experience of social housing to her work and grounding her leadership in empathy and insight.

Siobhan said: “I am absolutely delighted to join A2Dominion to continue to help colleagues on the improvement journey after demonstrating real courage and integrity through its voluntary undertaking to the Regulator of Social Housing. This honest and transparent decision aligns with my core values and deep commitment to ensuring accountability and excellence for customers.”
