The Chroma Buildings is a collection of one, two and three-bedroom apartments, located in Southwark. The three-bedroom penthouse apartment was recognised by the judges for its design, which draws heavily on the site’s heritage as a former photographic processing warehouse and its outstanding views of The Shard and The London Eye.

Elmsbrook, which is comprised of 393 properties, is the first phase of the NW Bicester eco- town development. It was recognised for its energy efficient homes and sustainable transport features.

A2Dominion was also a finalist in the Best Large Development category for City Wharf; 327 brand-new canal side apartments overlooking Wenlock Basin, and Best Regeneration Project for Jigsaw; a revolutionary regeneration scheme in West Ealing delivered in partnership with Rydon, and designed by Conran and Partners.

All schemes listed were marketed and sold under FABRICA by A2Dominion.

The Evening Standard New Homes Awards are held annually to celebrate the best of the new homes industry, with top housebuilders from across the country competing for highly coveted accolades.

The awards lunch was held on 20 May 2016 at The Dorchester Hotel in London.
