In total, more than 340 entries were submitted, and we will be up against seven other competitors when the result is announced in November.
In the Best Supported Housing Landlord category, judges were looking at how landlords provide housing and help to residents needing additional support in areas such as mental health, substance abuse and learning difficulty.
Our entry had a strong focus on care and support and highlighted the positive impact adapting our ways of working has had on young people and vulnerable residents.
An example of this is the introduction of the Psychologically Informed Environment (PIE) model and a review of our termination of licence procedure.
The UK Housing Awards ceremony takes place at The Point, Manchester on Friday 25 November.
This is the third time we have been shortlisted for an industry award in 2022 after our Cavendish Gardens development in west London was shortlisted for two prizes at the Inside Housing Development Awards.
The scheme comprising 176 homes is vying for the top award in the Best Affordable Housing Development and Best Shared Ownership Development categories.
The Inside Housing Development Awards ceremony takes place in London on Friday, 30 September.
