Cavendish Gardens in the London Borough of Hounslow was selected by judges in the Best Affordable Housing Development and Best Shared Ownership Development categories.
More than 250 entries were submitted across all categories, and Cavendish Gardens will be up against seven other schemes to win the award later this year.
The multi-storey site consists of 176 modern homes, with a mixture of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments.
A2Dominion and contractor Higgins Construction built the scheme with an eye on helping first-time buyers onto the property ladder.
A total of 83 units (47%) were made available for London affordable rent and 93 properties (53%) were on the market for shared ownership.
Cavendish Gardens was completed in Spring 2022 and is located across the road from Hounslow West Underground Station.
Heathrow Airport is just a six-minute ride away via the Piccadilly line, and residents can be in central London in under 45 minutes. Motorists also have easy access to the A4 and A30.
The Inside Housing Development Awards ceremony takes place on 30 September.

One of our newly built sites in West London has been shortlisted for two prizes at this year’s Inside Housing Development Awards.
