Higgins will be the developers of the £40million project which will redevelop the former Morrisons site.
Once complete, the site will deliver 93 shared ownership and 83 rented homes in three blocks, ranging up to seven storeys in height. It has also been designed to incorporate residential, outdoor and retail space as well as a play area.

Phil Burrows, Construction Director for Higgins, said: “We are proud to be working on this important scheme in Hounslow for A2Dominion to transform a site that has been derelict for some time and bring much needed affordable homes to the area. With demolition works already carried out, the team is now working on initial groundworks and piling on site.”
The planning scheme has been designed by Colwyn Foulkes & Partners and the delivery architect will be Fourpoint Architects.

Residential property group A2Dominion has started construction on Bath Road in Hounslow to deliver 176 affordable homes and a new supermarket to the area.
