Contractors will deliver planned and communal cyclical work
Following a successful OJEU (Official Journal of the European Union) tender process, the chosen contractors will deliver A2Dominion’s planned and cyclical repairs programmes over the next four years.

The planned repairs framework, worth £35.6m, will deliver planned programmes such as kitchen and bathroom replacements and the cyclical repairs framework, worth £54.4m, will deliver external and communal cyclical redecoration and external repairs.

Both the planned and cyclical frameworks will cover A2Dominion’s homes in London and the South East.

Gary Bellenger, Assistant Director of Property Services (Assets & Programmes), said:

“We are looking forward to working with this group of contractors to deliver high quality repairs, cyclical and planned maintenance services.
