Our Road to Recovery Improvement Plan
We have released our Road to Recovery Improvement Plan following our downgrade to a non-compliant G3/V2 rating in January this year by the Housing Regulator.
The plan focuses on improving services for our customers and whilst strengthening our organisation.
Areas highlighted in the Road to Recovery Plan
