The Lamptons
A disused 1970s office block has been transformed to provide 155 new apartments, supporting a multi-million pound regeneration of Hounslow town centre. The Lamptons provides homes for shared ownership, affordable rent, private rent and for retirement living, all with balconies and terraces. The development includes landscaped gardens, a communal landscaped roof terrace and a children’s play area.
Canons Gate and Invicta
Canons Gate and Invicta are part of a waterfront regeneration scheme developed in collaboration with Crest Nicholson. The scheme features 147 homes on Bristol’s harbourside for private rent, ranging from one-bedroom to three-bed apartments. Residents benefit from landscaped communal gardens and a location close to transport links and a variety of bars, restaurants and shops.
Queen’s Wharf, Hammersmith
Work is now complete on the redevelopment of the former Riverside Studios and a neighbouring office block. The 165 new waterfront private sale apartments are joined by a state-of-the-art media centre. A joint venture with Mount Anvil, Queen’s Wharf is located beside the Grade II listed Hammersmith Bridge and offers studios, one, two and three-bed homes.
NW Bicester
NW Bicester is set to deliver the UK’s first eco-town and the only true zero carbon development of its size. Up to 6,000 new homes will be delivered, 30% will be affordable and 40% of the land will be set aside as green space. New schools, community facilities, infrastructure, business developments and employment opportunities for local people are also planned.
A2Dominion are delivering the first phase, Elmsbrook, which consists of 393 homes. It is a unique development of one bedroom flats to five bedroom homes all offering contemporary sustainable living. A2Dominion are also delivering the first local centre with a community hub and café.
In addition, an Outline Planning Permission is being submitted for a further 1,000 homes at Aldershot farm. The award winning scheme is one of just 16 projects worldwide to have been awarded BioRegional’s One Planet Community status. It is also one of ten schemes in the UK to have NHS Healthy New Town status.
The Chroma Buildings, Southwark
Transformed from a derelict building in the heart of Southwark and formerly home to the historic Colorama photographic warehouse,The Chroma Buildings are a range of contemporary apartments that feature rooftop views over the capital. The building has been built using responsibly sourced materials. The Chroma Buildings were highly commended at the London Evening Standard New Homes Awards 2016 in the 'Best Apartment over 100' category.
City Wharf, Hackney
City Wharf provides 327 new homes in a tranquil waterside location in north London. With a unique weathered steel façade and warehouse brick and timber features, the apartments are arranged across four buildings overlooking Wenlock Basin. The scheme has won a suite of awards, including Best Apartment Building at The Sunday Times British Home Awards and Best Exterior Design at the What House? Awards.
