Residents benefit from landscaped communal gardens and a location close to transport links and a variety of bars, restaurants and shops.
Work is now complete on the redevelopment of the former Riverside Studios and a neighbouring office block. The 165 new waterfront private sale apartments are joined by a state-of-the-art media centre. A joint venture with Mount Anvil, Queen’s Wharf is located beside the Grade II listed Hammersmith Bridge and offers studios, one, two and three-bed homes.
NW Bicester is set to deliver the UK’s first eco-town and the only true zero carbon development of its size. The first phase, Elmsbrook has delivered 393 homes, a unique development of two, three and four-bedroom homes all offering contemporary sustainable living. Of the 6000 new homes, 30% will be affordable and 40% of the land will be set aside as green space. New schools, community facilities, infrastructure, business developments and employment opportunities for local people are also planned.
The scheme is one of just 16 projects worldwide to have been awarded BioRegional’s One Planet Community status, while the homes also meet Code for Sustainable Homes Level 5.
