Planning permission has been granted for a new residential scheme on Boston Road in Hanwell. The scheme will offer 360 quality homes for genuinely affordable rent, shared ownership and sale, just minutes away from Hanwell train station. Affordable housing is a large part of the scheme, making up 35% of the total apartments and 37.6% of the total area of the development. The scheme offers a wide range of studios and one, two and three-bedroom apartments, and there are generous amenity spaces throughout the scheme. Amenities such as garden terraces, play spaces for children and rooftop gardens are dotted throughout the design.

Situated in the heart of Putney, a former office building has been transformed into 73 new apartments along with commercial space. The scheme’s fourth floor also includes a large children’s play area as well as retail units on the ground floor.

Redcliff Quarter is a major regeneration project in Bristol. Following a deal with Change Real Estate we have 128 apartments for private rent within the development, marking phase one of the £180m, 600,000sq ft development. This is our third private rent scheme in Bristol and will be one of our largest in the south west region.

Westvale Park is an exciting project delivering one to five-bedroom homes in North West Horley, Surrey in Reigate & Banstead Borough Council. A2Dominion is developing 286 homes on the site formerly known as Meath Green as part of a wider consortium of developers including Crest Nicholson, Taylor Wimpey and Persimmon Homes delivering 1,500 homes to the new community, neighbourhood centre, primary school, public open space and play facilities.

A 230-home development with commercial space located on a former postal depot site in the London borough of Barnet. As part of a major regeneration of Brent Cross and Cricklewood, the scheme features landscaped gardens, on-site concierge and a gym. The tenure comprises homes for private sale, private rent, shared ownership and affordable rent, and is within a five minute walk of a new Thameslink station, close to Gladstone Park and the enhanced Cricklewood High Street.

Keybridge in Vauxhall will be the UK’s tallest residential brick tower at 37-storeys and is a joint venture partnership with Mount Anvil. Together, we are regenerating the former BT Tower site within London’s Nine Elms Battersea Opportunity Area, delivering 9,000 sq m of commercial space, a new primary school and 470 mixed-tenure homes.
