Why did you stay with A2Dominion?
One of the reasons is the people I'm working with: the finance team. I'm part of a great team that cares about building a great company and a wider community.
There's a really supportive environment where I feel I can go to my manager to share any problem and they will be very willing to help. Everyone supports one another, and that makes me proud to be part of such a healthy environment.
The team challenges me to expand my horizons and think differently, giving a lot of opportunity to learn. It's also a job that offers me a healthy work life balance, which is something I really value. So, these are all reasons that made me decide to stay within the company.
What opportunities have you been given to learn and grow since being here?
I've been encouraged to pursue learning opportunities and both my manager and the company have been very supportive. I have been able to study a professional qualification, while working. I’ve made great progress on CIMA, it's one of the most relevant qualifications in accounting.
And this helped me improve my accounting knowledge, be more independent and gain more confidence in my role. So, I enjoy the opportunities I've been given and it highly motivates me to continue to progress in my career and the Finance team.
