Sustainable living made easy at award-winning Elmsbrook
A2Dominion has won the award for ‘Best New Build Project’ for its project: Elmsbrook at NW Bicester, in the 2016 SHIFT Awards. Once complete, Elmsbrook will deliver 393 highly energy efficient homes and a local centre, creating the UK’s first true zero carbon community.
Elmsbrook is the first phase of the 6,000 home NW Bicester eco town.

£250m funds raised via wholesale bond
A2Dominion Housing Group has issued a £250m 3.50% unsecured sterling bonds due 2028 off its recently established £1bn Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) programme, obtaining funding at an effective interest rate of 3.56%, a spread of 230 bps over the reference gilt. Both the programme and issue were rated A+ by Fitch Ratings, mirroring the housing group’s long-term corporate rating.

London's City Wharf named Sunday Times Best Apartment Building
